Repair Kogan 32" LCD

Description of fault

The back light of the unit flickers on and off all other functions seem to be working, Powersupply has a ticking sound corresponding to the back light going on and off.

At first I thought that it was the backlight HV power board with some fault that was causing the PSU to shut down, but after some testing I found that the PSU was having a similar issue even when it was not connected to the backlight HV driver board.

The Kogan LCD TV has a samsung LCD Screen and Megmeet MLT 084G3 Rev 1.1 Powersupply

The Video Driver Board is Cultra View CV028GH_MA_V3

The LCD Pannel is LTA320WT-L16 7Y6L0LB14J JTA
